Writing letters or e-mailing is a useful way of finding out more information or asking questions about any concerns.

All letters and e-mails should be logged and do provide indications of public concern. If no-one ask’s questions then it is assumed that you are fully happy with whatever consequences may happen. There is no problem in writing more than one letter, or e-mail!
